By using the www.pixrat.com web site ("Site"), a service of MIH Web Private Ltd ("Company"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

9. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Site or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Site.
10. You must not create or submit copyrighted images that are protected by any of the commonly accepted protocols for book-marking.
11. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
12. You must not, in the use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While the Company prohibits such conduct and content on its Site, you understand and agree that the Company cannot be responsible for the content posted on its Site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Site at your own risk.

General Conditions

If you use this Site or the Services from outside India, you are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries in relation to the Materials. These Terms will be governed by Indian law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction and without regard to your place of residence or use of the Site. You shall bring all disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action related to these Terms or in connection with this Site only in the district and high courts located in Delhi, India.
